All equipment hired from Pure Tech Sound Systems will be hired out under strict contract to the following terms:-

• All outstanding payments should be made within 28 days of the date of hire, unless otherwise agreed.
  
  
• All equipment hired remains property of Pure Tech Sound Systems at all times, this means we have the right to collect equipment at any time if we believe they are being missused in anyway.
  
  
• Proof of identity will be required upon delivery of all orders, i.e. Passport or driving license.
  
  
• All equipment being hired from Pure Tech Sound Systems is the hirer's responsibility, any damaged equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
  
  
• If one of our engineers is not present, a competent person must be in charge of the equipment at all times.
  
  
• Pure Tech Sound Systems may terminate the use of its equipment at any time if the safety of anyone is at risk.
  
  
• We hold the right to change our prices at any time. The final price of any order will be agreed prior to the delivery of that order.

• Upon accepting any order, you accept that the equipment is in good working order.
