Terms and Conditions of Hire

It is our main objective to ensure all of our customers are completely happy with every aspect of their contact with the business. We take pride in our company's professional attitude to all jobs, whether small or large.

To ensure both our customers and our company is completely happy throughout, we have a few terms and conditions which must be agreed to by the hirer before any equipment changes hands.

The following terms and conditions apply for all dry hire orders:-

• All equipment remains property of Pure Tech Sound Systems throughout the hire period.
  
  
• We accept no responsibility for any items lost or damaged throughout the hire period. All lost or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost to the hirer
  
  
• We accept no responsibility for the damage or injury to any property/persons by any of our equipment. Unless the damage or injury has occured due to wilfull neglect on our part.
  
  
• By accepting dry hire equipment, you agree that all equipment is in full working order.
  
  
• Payment for dry hire orders should be made by cheque or cash upon delivery of equipment.
  
  
• We may ask for proof of identity upon delivery of equipment. i.e. driving license or passport
  
  
• The equipment should be operated by a competant person at all times. If we believe this is not the case, we reserve the right to leave an engineer on site, at the hirer's cost.
  
  
• We reserve the right to retract any equipment from a dry hire order at any time, if we believe the safety of the equipment or any persons it at risk. No refunds will be made if this is the case.

The following terms and conditions apply for all orders which are supplied with at least one sound engineer or crew member:-

• All equipment remains property of Pure Tech Sound Systems throughout the hire period.
  
  
• We accept no responsibility for any items lost or damaged throughout the hire period, unless the damage is caused by one of our employees. All lost or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost to the hirer.
  
  
• Payment for this type of order should be made by cheque or cash upon delivery of equipment. Cheques should be received 7 days before date of hire to ensure funds have cleared for all orders with a total cost of over £250 + VAT.
  
  
• We reserve the right to retract any equipment at any time, if we believe the safety of the equipment or any persons it at risk. No refunds will be made if this is the case.
  
  
• In the unlikely case of equipment failure, our liability extends only to covering the cost of hiring suitable replacement equipment.
